Do I need experience to ride my own ATV?
Not at all. No experience? No problem. Our expert guides will show you everything you need to know before the tour begins. The ATVs are fully automatic, easy to handle, and built for all levels
Is this tour suitable for children?
Absolutely. Kids as young as 4 years old can join the adventure as passengers — either riding with you or with one of our experienced guides. For older kids with riding experience, we allow confident riders aged 12 and up to drive their own ATV. It’s a family-friendly jungle thrill they’ll never forget.
How many people are there on each tour?
No more than 12 ATVS per tour, this keeps our groups size small and gives a better riding experience for everyone.
Can you accommodate big groups?
Absolutely. Whether it’s a team-building day, birthday bash, or a private group adventure, we’ve got the space, staff, and setup to make it unforgettable. Just tell us what you need — and we’ll make it happen.
Can we book a private tour?
Yes! We can organize an awesome private experience for you, please let us know about your booking requirements and we will make it happen.
Can we combine other activities, like ziplining?
Yes! We’re happy to help you plan a full day of adventure. Start with an ATV ride in the morning, then add ziplining, horse riding, elephant feeding, or even a snorkeling trip in the afternoon. Just speak to our booking team — we’ll help you build your perfect Koh Samui experience.
Are hotel transfers included in the tour?
Yes — all Jungle Quad tours include free round-trip hotel pickup and drop-off, so you can focus on the adventure while we handle the ride.
Can we meet at your location without booking?
We kindly ask that you don’t arrive without a confirmed booking — availability is limited and we may be out on tour. Please contact us in advance to reserve your spot and receive directions.

How do I pay?
To confirm your booking, we require a 30% deposit upfront. The remaining balance can be paid on arrival — either in cash or by card. Please note, card payments include a 5% processing fee.
What happens if it rains?
Rain doesn’t stop the adventure! Riding through the jungle after a tropical shower is part of the thrill — the trails come alive, and the atmosphere is incredible. We only cancel or reschedule if the weather becomes unsafe or seriously unpleasant. Otherwise, the tour goes on!
